Pumpkin Bread: Unique And Delicious

    Anyone can eat pumpkin bread. If you are allergic to one of the ingredients or simply want to change the taste, just alter the recipe according to your preferences.

    However, pumpkin bread is often made with granulated white sugar to provide its characteristic sweetness. Thus, persons on low sugar, gluten-free or low carbohydrate diets should avoid pumpkin bread or use the variation below.

    Though it’s not “health food”, pumpkin bread is much healthier than many other breads or cakes. It can be enjoyed during or after a meal, or as a snack on its own.

    For a low sugar version, reduce the amount of granulated sugar in your pumpkin bread recipe. It won’t be as sweet, but for extra flavor. You can also replace butter with vegetable oil. Spiced pumpkin bread is another variation that brings out more of pumpkin bread’s distinctive flavor.
