Baked Brie Recipe with Honey and Pistachios

Baked Brie cut open on wooden board

If you’ve never had baked brie before, get ready for the ultimate treat for your taste buds. Warmed until melted and gooey, baked brie is the perfect appetizer or sidekick for cocktail hour with friends.

Brie, a creamy French cheese, is usually sold in the shape of a wheel at grocery stores and cheese markets. The cheese is typically stored in the fridge and is, therefore, chilled when purchased.

The brie is already soft and creamy, but baking it just makes it all the more irresistible, especially with added honey and pistachios on top.

To make baked brie, you’ll simply remove the wrapper from the wheel of brie and place it on a baking sheet in a hot oven. The brie will bake for about 25 minutes until it’s tender to the touch.

After that, the brie is topped with chopped pistachios and honey, then served alongside crackers, fruit, and/or baguette slices. When you cut into the brie, the cheese will immediately ooze out and make for a delicious accompaniment to your fruit or bread.
