Beet Salad Recipe

    This beet salad recipe is delightfully simple and full of great health benefits like lowering your blood pressure and boosting your brain health. Best of all, you only need a few ingredients to create this deliciously light and vibrant salad.

    1. Add the beetroot to a medium saucepan and cover with water. Cook in simmering water until tender. Remove the beetroot from the water and allow it to cool.
    2. Slice the beet into thin slices. Supreme your orange by removing the peel and pith, then cutting along the segment lines of the orange to remove neat wedges.
    3. Arrange the beet slices and orange slices onto a plate. Pour the orange juice all over, then sprinkle some sea salt on top. Garnish with fresh, chopped mint and crumbled goat cheese.
