    This cream cheese dip for fruit is a lightened up, healthy dip you can use all year long next to your favorite types of fruits. Better yet, arrange fruit kebabs with this dip right in the center as the perfect accompaniment.

    To make this cream cheese dip, you’ll want to use a mixture of reduced fat cream cheese and yogurt. This will be the base of the dip recipe.

    To sweeten the cream cheese dip, you’ll add a little bit of brown sugar and vanilla extract. You can also use maple syrup as a natural sweetener instead of the brown sugar.

    We love using this dipping sauce for fruits like strawberries, pineapples, and bananas, but you can dip any type of fruit that you like. Just be mindful that you’ll need to refrigerate this cream cheese dip for at least an hour to help stiffen it up before serving.
