Green Mango Juice Recipe | A Refreshing Tropical Juice for the Summer

    If you’ve never had a green mango before, then this green mango juice recipe is the perfect place to start. Known to naturally cool the body, this green mango juice will keep you feeling refreshed and relaxed during the warm summer months.

    Green mango, also known as raw mango, is green due to the fact that the mango is not ripe yet. As a result, the mango tends not to be as sweet as a ripe mango. The advantage is that a raw mango has far more vitamins than a ripe one.

    Mangoes, in general, tend to be a favorite fruit around the world due to their delicious taste and bevy of health benefits, including promoting weight loss and warding off disease with its rich source of antioxidants.

    To compensate for the raw mango’s lack of sweetness, this green mango juice is naturally sweetened with jaggery. Once the mango has been boiled until soft, all of the ingredients are tossed into a blender and puréed until you have a smooth, tropical drink to enjoy.

    1. Boil the mangoes in water until soft.
    2. To a blender, add the softened mango, a sprinkle of jaggery, cardamom, and water. Blend until smooth.
    3. Taste test for sweetness, adding more jaggery as needed.
