A tall, icy glass of herbal tea is the ideal treat on a summer afternoon. It’s also a great way to cool down when the weather is hot.

We love making this iced tea recipe with green tea because of green tea’s many health benefits. Green tea is also useful for weight loss efforts, making this a useful alternative to sugary juices and diet drinks.

We enjoy adding fresh mint and lemongrass to the iced tea because of the added flavors they provide. Mint is a long-renowned medicinal herb and works well as a crisp counterpart to bright, sweet lemongrass.

This drink is utterly refreshing and best enjoyed outdoors with a succulent summertime grill.
