To make peanut butter at home, you only need a few ingredients and a food processor. We like to use organic dry roasted peanuts, but if you can’t get your hands on the organic kind, you can use regular peanuts too.
The peanuts are crushed, blended, and puréed with a little honey and salt into one creamy mixture that’s just begging to be spread on a piece of toast. This entire peanut butter recipe comes together in just a few minutes, which may surprise you if you’ve never made a nut butter before.
We love using our homemade peanut butter in smoothies, as a dipping sauce, or swirling into overnight oats. Simply store your peanut butter in an airtight container in the fridge and it should last you several weeks.
