The classic pumpkin spice latte has quite the following and we’re not ashamed to admit we’re some of its biggest fans. There’s nothing we love more than warm, fall spices blended with sweet pumpkin. We’re also big fans of matcha, which is why we were excited to try out this pumpkin spice matcha latte recipe.
This vegan pumpkin spice matcha latte recipe is a delicious combination of the pumpkin spice latte flavors with matcha tea. Instead of using coffee like the classic version, this latte recipe uses matcha tea for an energizing and healthy twist.
You get all the fall spices like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in this recipe without the side effects of drinking coffee. To create this pumpkin spice matcha latte recipe, you only need a few ingredients, including almond milk, matcha powder, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup (for sweetening).
You can also add a little coconut oil for extra creaminess, but that’s optional. If you have a handheld frother, we suggest using it for the best results.
