    1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the broccoli florets onto a baking sheet. Pour the olive oil over the florets along with the sliced garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper.
    2. Use your hands to toss the florets, making sure they're evenly coated in the oil and seasoning. Spread the florets out on the baking sheet and place on the middle rack of the oven.
    3. Roast the broccoli for about 20 minutes, without turning the broccoli over or rotating the pan, until the florets have obtained crispy edges and stems. Serve warm immediately.
