Most deodorants that are available in stores aren’t made of natural ingredients. Some even have antiperspirants in them, which stops your body’s natural ability to sweat and is harmful to the body in similar ways to how suppressing sneezes are harmful.
I like to use a very simple, very inexpensive method for making my own deodorant. I take a small spritzer bottle (around three fluid ounces) and fill it up with tap water or mineral water. I then add two drops of the essential oil of sage, eucalyptus, or another fragrant oil. I then mix up the deodorant and spray it under the arms. When you do this, be sure to only add a couple of drops of the oil to the water for more than that can burn the skin.
