Q: Can I get a divorce and still be a holistic parent?
A: Absolutely!  Single, married, separated, or divorced, if you are passionate about creating a healthy and sustainable future for your family, you can be a holistic parent. Connecting with other parents is even more vital so that you can find support and create balance in your life, leaving time for you as well!  Be sure to welcome help from family members and friends, so that you have time for yourself, and identify a local support group for your holistic interests.
