- 1/2 cup whole oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsps warm water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 4 drops sweet orange essential oil
- Blend the whole oats in a food processor till it is a meal-like consistency.
- In a bowl, place the oats and add the spices, olive oil, honey, grated ginger and sweet orange essential oil. Make a thick paste out of this with some warm water.
