Allowing your body to heat up inside this wrap leaves your skin soft, firm and toned. It’s the perfect spa treatment you need before you flaunt your sun-kissed skin in those pretty floral dresses.


  • 2 cups honey
  • 4 cups yogurt
  • 2 cups aloe vera gel
  • 10 drops each of lavender and rose oils
  • Towels, and a plastic wrap


  • Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Blend the mixture with your hands.
  • Before applying it on your body, place a towel where you will be laying, and then cover the same with plastic wrap as you will eventually wrap both around your body.
  • Starting from the waist down, apply the mixture over the entire body.
  • Once done, use the plastic wrap to cover areas where you’ve used the mixture.
  • Place another towel over your body, to keep you covered and warm. It is ideal to use something warm, like a heated blanket or towels just out of the dryer, to induce additional sweating. The more you sweat with the wrap on, the better the results.
  • Soak up for around 30 minutes.
  • Wash off with a warm shower, and pat dry with a clean towel.
